9/10/07: Our times of worship have been blessed, and we have seen such annointed worship leaders from several area churches. We are now open Friday & Saturday 6:30-10:30pm, and daily, from 9:00am to 3:00pm, Monday - Friday.

3/6/07: Some more photos, taken in the last few weeks...

Before looked like this... (note the bow in the wall from the ceiling falling in)

Looking towards the front of the building...

Before again...

As you can see, it's moving right along!

1/20/07: Here are a few grainy photos of the the progress...

1/10/07: We have begun the "facelift" part of the job... All the inside walls have been removed, & it looks much better. We are replacing sheetrock & covering the new beams, etc. Next week, the electrician begins his work, so we need to have walls up then too. It's all coming together quickly now! I will post photos soon.

12/06: So much has been done, it's hard to know where to start! Our workday was great, but we discovered much more damage than we expected to the center support beam & columns. This triggered a realignment in our thinking. We replaced all the columns & center beam, and raised the middle of the second floor 6 & 1/2 inches to where it's level in the process! It was sagging that badly! No more!! Thank you Jackie Hales, Skeeter, Eddie Clifford, & Bobby Mc, for all your hard work!

11/11/06: We are scheduling a work day on Saturday November 11th from 9am till... We are in the demolition phase where we are tearing down walls and taking the walls back to the original brick . Please mark your calendars for this fun event, as we could use all the help we can get. If you can make it and have these items laying around, they will come in handy:
remember to wear thick soled shoes, work boots if possible.
sledge hammer
pry bar
ladder
drill with screw bits

10/06: We have driven to San Antonio to get our chairs. We were blessed with 48 vintage theater seats. The have wooden backs and nice cushy seats! They will look super with the rest of the planned decor

9/06: Our plans have been approved!! We are officially licensed to begin renovation!

8/05/06: We had our vision meeting with attendees from a number of local churches. It went very well, with encouragement & enthusiasm from all in attendance. The group seemed ready to help, and 1 local church has pledged support. Praise God!

7/21/06: The Building has been acquired at 115 W. Davis St., in downtown Conroe, TX. It is a historic building which at one time housed the Red Cross in Conroe. The space is great for our needs, but will need extensive work. Please see the help out page for immediate needs.

This is the front of the building. The front was recently redone by the state in a downtown beautification project for downtown Conroe!! Much history in the building!!! Ask us.

The inside needs some TLC.....
